minutes. After this time the board becomes read only for
another 24 hours while you can export its content. Then
our system will delete it permanently.
Free is really free? Are there any hidden fees?
Yes, there is no payment required with the basic
package, unless you would like to upgrade to Premium or
Platinum.
What is a platinum badge?
It is a badge of honor for our platinum users that they
can display as part of their avatar. If you log in to
the application and go to the
Profile
page you can enable or disable it. What does the
"Premium shapes for all" feature mean? This mean that
every users editing a board created by a Platinum user
can use premium shapes on the board regardless of their
subscription status.

Unfortunately, collaborating without connection would be
a tricky one, in order to have the best experience we
would suggest you make sure you’re online.

How can I restore deleted boards and content?
Users can access all deleted items in their trash and
restore the board by either dragging out the board, or
using the board action menu restore option.
